RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept refund requests on our site for damaged or defective items.
Requests can be made within a 10 day delay after receiving your items.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must not have been worn, washed, used and must have its purchase label. A receipt or proof of payment will be required.
If the item is deemed defective by our team, 3boyzclub will take care of the shipping costs
HOW TO REQUEST YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To return or exchange your item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org by including your proof of purchase and all the information relating to your request in order to ensure rapid processing and to properly assess your request.
CONDITIONS FOR YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Your package must arrive within a maximum of 15 working days following the approval of your exchange or return that you will have received by email. Beyond this period, no monetary refund will be produced for your return. A credit note will be issued by email upon receipt of your package.
- 3boyzclub reserves the right to inspect the general condition of the returned product before making any refund. If approved, you will be notified by email and automatically refunded to your original form of payment. The refund will be issued within 14 days of your return being accepted.
- However, if the product is defective when unpacked or an error was made during the preparation of the order, we will bear the cost of return. In such cases, you should contact us at email@example.com BEFORE the return is made so that the situation is first analyzed.
- Address registration errors when ordering are the responsibility of the customer. If there is an error, the cost of returning the package will be borne by the customer.
- All items on sale are final sale: there is no exchange or refund possible.
- Balance boards are final sale as they are custom made.
